Temple University School of Medicine utilizes the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS). Applications must be
completed on-line, at www.amcas.org. For additional information about the application, inquiries should be directed to AMCAS.
Completed applications should be submitted to AMCAS no later than December 15 of the year before intended enrollment.
After an application is verified by AMCAS it will be forwarded to Temple University School of Medicine. When a verified application is
received, the applicant is sent a supplemental application and asked to return the supplemental with a nonrefundable application fee to:

Applicants also are asked to have recommendations forwarded from their undergraduate premedical committee or faculty in two of the
following disciplines: biology, chemistry, physics. Applicants should have their Social Security Number and/ or AMCAS ID number placed at the top of all recommendations. Applicants who have enrolled in
masters or doctoral programs for one semester or more should have additional references submitted by faculty from such programs. All supplementary materials must be received in the Admissions
office no later than January 15 of the year of intended enrollment. Applicants who have applied to Temple University in a previous year must resubmit all application materials including letters of
reference.
